Last weekend 12 – 13 January 2013 QNET’s IT superstars worked around the clock to move QNET’s online systems to a new generation data centre, setting the foundation for enhanced online tools and user experience just for you!QNET is happy to report that the data centre move was swift and successful, and all systems were back online by 9PM on Sunday night HKST!

Truly a talented group of individuals, the IT team are one of the greatest pillars of support for the QNET community and always strive to better services and systems for you!

An Important Announcement on Virtual Office and eStore Downtime, from QNET

Just this morning, QNET issued a very important announcement about our online systems:

As an online company, QNET works very hard every day to ensure our systems are operating efficiently and effectively so that your business continues to run smoothly every day.

In order to continue improving our efficiency, and performance for you, we will be moving over to a new data centre. As a result your online system, including the Virtual Office, eStore, Qaccount, eCard  system etc. will experience a 48-hour downtime from Saturday 12 January 2012 0:01 HKST until Sunday 13 January 2013 23:59 HKST.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused due to this change, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
