Recently, about 80% of Metro Manila was again inundated with floods. And again, thousands of families were affected. Heartbreaking stories of loss of lives and property, inspiring accounts of bravery and survival again made the headlines.

I saw this resilience firsthand when QNET got involved in the very first emergency relief distribution efforts by air to families after Typhoon Ondoy.

And again when I personally saw to the distribution of relief goods from funds donated by our incredibly MAD Qi Philippines staff in Cagayan de Oro after Typhoon Sendong literally washed out entire neigborhoods.
