F2 World Tour Bali: AVP Mohan shares how he dealt with rejection

IMG-20121125-00280

The F2 World Tour in Bali, Indonesia, was held at Nikki Hotel, Mutiara Ballroom, last November 25th with over 500 participants. Speaking at the event were AVP Hendra Nilam, VC Kariana, and AVP Mohan  Chidabaram, who headlined the event. (Also present were VC Henry Tio.)

The crowd was in full spirit even before the event started. The majority of the crowd are from the two biggest teams from Bali, Best Global Team and Galaxy Team.

The highlight of the event was when AVP Mohan shared his experience as he started networking. He was rejected by family members and even close friends, and his invitation for them to attend his business presentation was turned down, none of his family members or even close friends turned up. That didn’t faze him as he pulled himself up and proved to them that he can succeed in the business.

Below are photos from the event.

He also talked about the importance of dreams and acting upon them, so one should have his mind set if he/she chooses to go with the business. He finished by inviting AVP Asha on the stage.

AVP Asha motivated the audience by telling them about her journey since she joined the business. After her 1-hour speech, she invited VP Donna on the stage.

VP Donna shared her experience before and after she joined the business and talked about F2. She then focused on the main concern that the audience always have: fear of taking a risk. The Show Must (and still did) go on in F2 Madang, Papua New Guinea

The F2 World Tour event at Madang Resort, Madang, Papua New Guinea last Saturday, November 17th, still went and was even attended by 350 people, despite AVP Perminderjit being unable to speak at the event because his flight was cancelled. Instead, local leaders Joan Boas, Dominic Naiowe, and Rebecca Namora ran the show.

The crowd was enthusiastic and participative, and asked the following question:

–          Can you show us how to cash our own commissions paid in cash rather than e-cards?

–          Can you teach us how to do do, rather than other people doing it for us?

–          How can you help those of us who have problems with our tracking centres?

The speaker’s reply, well the gist of it, were this:

–          Get plugged into the system, attend our meetings, and we will show you.

–          Attend our local meetings and we will teach you how to do it yourself.

–          See the person who processed your application.

Overcome all odds: F2 World Tour – Port Moresby

At the F2 event in Hideaway Hotel, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea last November 18th, the main concern was how people could do business without a lot of training and tech savvy (much more the technology itself).

Speaking at the event, AVP Perminderjit Singh answered the question with resourcefulness. One just needs a pen and paper to show the plan. To sign up, one can call on a different person (in his words, to “identify a kid in the family who knows how to operate a computer to help with registrations”) to operate. It just takes a willing heart for someone to learn the business.

The event was filled with excitement, energy, fun, and laughter. AVP Perm excelled at making the crowd comfortable and entertained. This empowered, inspired, and motivated the crowd, even the InService Team had a great experience.

Take a look at the pictures of the event below.

F2 World Tour Kenya: Be a Warrior

The “F2 World Tour: Kenya” program was held at the Nairobi Serena Hotel on 28th October, 2012.

VC Bakary Kante directed a message to Kenyans to take the leadership position they exhibit in the businesses world outside of it and apply it to the rest of the world.  He drew the two extremes between himself, a holder of two doctorates, and the position he holds in his career, against the minimum formal education his up line and mentor in the business has.  Despite his position, he has found the need to “shut up and listen” to one he could never come close to in his career and education background.  He urged the IRs to break away from poverty by leaving laziness behind, by taking this business opportunity to its haves and the have-nots.

VC Pauline Kithuka, a power house in motivations, started off with the message that we need to hold these “business vehicles” of Qnet with the highest respect they deserve.

AVP Asha Krishnan brought the house down when she shared an emotional memory lane of her early days before she had a breakthrough.  She told the story of how she used to work and work from morning to late nights.  There is a price to freedom and also a cost in delays.  Delays rob us of our independence.  We live in times of political independence, but unless we fight and strive for our personal independence, we remain colonized, this time, not by foreign forces but by ourselves.  To become truly free, we need to become and behave like warriors. We need to decide to either be wimps or warriors. She challenged the  IRs to decide, what they want to be from this moment on.

VP Cherian Mathew drew the IRs attention to the 17 days left to maximize on the Bonanza.  With the Bonanza or not, the 1st and most important mental positioning required for success in any field is decision-making.  He pointed out that 90% of us have not yet made a decision to be and do QNET.  The reason being we often take time and make many decisions which we do not stick to. He pointed out that there is no right or wrong decision.  Whatever the decision, it’s our responsibility to make that decision right for us based on the activities we do.  He maintained that for success to be a reality in anyone’s life, there is a need for a daily reminder of the decisions we have taken.

He further stressed that a wimp’s focus is always on the negatives: things, situations, hardships and other people not being good enough, a complainer.  A warrior sees every setback as an opportunity, a stepping stone towards success, always focused on finding best solutions to resolve issues. There has to be consistency in the activities we do after making the decision. There cannot be consistency without focus.  Qnet in itself is not success, it is a vehicle, but the decision to become successful is a personal decision.

Finding your 2 constantly is a recipe for success in Qnet. Finding your 2 and helping your two find theirs and so on is not a major thing if and when a decision has been made. Strong resolutions have to be made to not be swayed in every which direction by keeping decisions alive and paying the price.

F2 World Tour: Uganda

Last October 27, Uganda had a taste of the F2 World Tour first hand…and they loved it!

Held at the Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala, the event was helmed by VP Cherian Mathew, accompanied by VEL Rehema Kalibala; VEL Hajara; VCs Radha, Jivan, Doreen, and Umar, all of whom spoke with him.

VEL Hajara Kasule welcomed the participants, set the agreements and shared her own story. She gave a powerful message on following up and closing unceasingly. She gave herself as a perfect example of someone who signed up because her upline did not give up following up on her.

VC Doreen Katto was the next one to take the floor and then shared her story. Her main message was one must have a mentor and follow them blindly in order to make it in any endeavor. Sharing her personal experience, she implored everyone to find someone who is more experienced than them in the business and follow them blindly and without fail.

Then, VEL Rehema took over as MC and invited the rest of the speakers. It was VC Jeevan who next took to the stage and shared his story. His message was about consistency. He emphasized that whatever he achieved was because he was consistent in doing it everyday.

He was followed by VC Dr Umar. He shared his story and focused on his message, which was about having a dream big enough to compel you to move forward.

He was then followed by VC Radha was next on stage. He shared his story and talked about taking ownership.

Lastly, VP Cherian took the stage and explained the details of the F2 Super Bonanza. He also explained the basics of how to build the business and duplicate your way.

It was a wonderful event. The participants were all very excited and there was a palpable high energy in the air. All the participants even sat until the event closed!
